The project is limited to: 1) replacing an approximately 260-foot long concrete retaining wall in the north bank of Sulphur Creek, and 2) removing a failed concrete bridge and retaining wall debris from the lower section of the project area. Assessor's Parcel Number 027-020-069. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0408-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Wildlife Code to the project Applicant, Anthony Morales, Napa County Department of Public Works.
