Title: 2014-2021 Housing Element, General Plan Amendment, and Required Code Amendments
Description: The updated Housing Element is prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in CGC Section 65588 and the CA State Housing Element Law (CGC Article 10.6). The General Plan Amendment will replace the existing Housing Element with the updated Housing Element. The Code Amendments regarding regulations for emergency, transitional, and supportive housing; reasonable accommodation; density bonus; definition of "Family"; and community care facilities were requested by State law.
