Document Description
The updated Housing Element is prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in CGC Section 65588 and the CA State Housing Element Law (CGC Article 10.6). The General Plan Amendment will replace the existing Housing Element with the updated Housing Element. The City received a Pre-Certification Letter, dated June 27, 2013, from HCD. The Code Amendments are prepared in accordance with relevant State laws and are related to approval of the Housing Element.
