- The Pacific Gas and Electric Company requested an amendment to the Pit 1 Hydroelectric Project water quality certification to permanently cease summer flushing flows required by Condition 13. The amendment would also include expansion of a parking lot for additional recreation capacity and releasing whitewater flows over two weekends in October (as opposed to the existing practice of releasing whitewater flows over four consecutive days in October).
