Description: A Tentative Parcel Mpa subdivision to create three separate parcels from a 41,320 sf (0.95 acre) parcel. Proposed Parcel 1: 21,850 sf parcel; existing single family residence at 491 H St; street frontage on 4th, 5th, and H Streets; Jolly Giant Creek with riparian area; split general plan / zoning designation - Coastal Residential Medium Density, and Coastal General Commercial.
