Proposed Parcel 1: 21,850 sf parcel; existing single family residence at 491 H St; street frontage on 4th, 5th, and H Streets; Jolly Giant Creek with riparian area; split general plan / zoning designation - Coastal Residential Medium Density, and Coastal General Commercial.
Proposed Parcel 2: 8,870 sf parcel; existing single family residence and detached garage at 885 5th St; street frontage on 5th & I Streets.
Proposed Parcel 3: 10,600 sf parcel; existing restaurant (V&N Burger Bar) at 460 I St; street frontage on 4th & I Streets; existing paved parking area with access from I Street.
Project includes: repair of sidewalks, installation of a grease trap on parcel 3; installation of sewer cleanouts on each parcel; and the demolition of a small shed currently located between the residence (885 5th St) and the restaurant (460 I St.).
