Note: Findings & Statement of Overriding Considerations The proposed project includes the construction of a new trunk sewer from the existing Newport Beach Pump Station site at the west end of Walkabout Circle to the OCSD Interplant Line in Brookhurst Street (OCSD sewer pipeline). The proposed project also includes the construction of several Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CMSD) and City of Newport Beach pipelines connecting to the proposed OCSD sewer pipeline, and the abandonment of several CMSD and City of Newport Beach pump stations. CMSD and the City of Newport Beach are responsible agencies for these components of the proposed project.
