Title: I-110 High-Occupacy Toll Lane Flyover Project
Description: Caltrans, in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, proposes a terminus improvement project to reduce congestion on the I-110/Adams Blvd. off-ramps, Adams Blvd., and nearby intersections. The first proposed Build Alternative includes an elevated off-ramp structure on the Northbound Interstate (I-110) between 30th Street and Figueroa Street Overcrossing in the City of Los Angeles. The proposed structure would bypass the bottleneck intersections at Flower Street and Adams Boulevard and Northbound I-110 High-Occupancy Toll (HOT) off-ramp to Adams Blvd., connecting HOT lane traffic to Figueroa Street. The second proposed Build Alternative includes a dedicated High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV)/HOT lane alternative on Adams Blvd.
