- The proposed project is the permanent transfer of 1,451 acre-feet per year of TLBWSD's SWP Table A Amount to AVEK beginning January 1, 2014. The project would involve no construction of facilities; the transfer would be accomplished entirely in existing facilities. AVEK will accquire the SWP Table A Water for use within its service area.
