- The project consists of a permanent State Water Project Table A Amount transfer of 3,444 acre feet from Dudley Ridge Water District (1,993 acre feet) and the Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (1,451 acre feet) located in Kings and Tulare Counties to the Antelope Valley - East Kern Water Agency's service area located in Kern and Los Angeles Counties. The Table A transfer is for the primary benefit of Tejon Ranch Corporation for its use in current agricultural and groundwater banking operations.
