A Use Permit application for a religious assembly with a maximum of 50 members. Phase One, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, is the demolition of an existing 1,440 sf agricultural building, the construction of a 4,890 sf assembly hall and meditation building, and the construction of a 1,500 sf restroom building. Phase two, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the construction of 9 buildings containing 27 meditation cabins totaling 4,056 sf, for use by congregation members, the construction of a 6,400 sf temple with an overall height of 80 feet, and the construction of a 340 sf storage building. The existing house on site will be used by a religious elder.
