Phase One, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, is the conversion of an existing 1,440 sf warehouse into a 4,890 sf assembly hall and sitting meditation building and a 1,500 sf restroom building. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the construction of a 9 meditation cabins, totaling 4,056 sf, for use by congregation members, and a 16,900 sf temple with an overall height of 80 feet. The existing house on site will be used by a religious elder. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract.
