The applicant proposes a subdivision to allow for the development of 108 residential units, consisting of 82 single family detached units, 16 below-market rate townhouses, and 10 single-family attached units. On-site detention basins, public open space, internal roadways, and relocation of the existing Fisher Creek are also part of the project.
