The parcels are located within an unincorporated area of Humboldt County near the town of Loleta, CA, approximately 3.2 miles from the City of Fortuna. APN 309-051-068 (0.56 acres) includes a single-family residence. The physical address is 588 Singley Hill Road, Loleta, CA. APN 309-051-065 (1.99 acres) includes an older barn and a well building. It is used for grazing of three horses. The barn is used to store hay for the horses. A single-family residence at APN 309-071-025 (1.16 acres) is used as a rental and includes an attached garage. The physical address for this property is 271 Singley Hill Road, Loleta, CA. No change in current land-use is proposed.
