Document Description
Proposed is the conveyance of property owned by the Tribe for 21 years from "fee" to "Federal Trust". Three properties totaling 3.71 acres are involved in this proposed action. The parcels are located within an unincorporated area of Humboldt County near the town of Loleta, CA, approximately 3.2 miles from the City of Fortuna. APN 309-051-068 (0.56 acres) includes a single-family residence. The physical address is 588 Singley Hill Road, Loleta, CA. APN 309-051-065 (1.99 acres) includes an older barn and a well building. It is used for grazing of three horses. The barn is used to store hay for the horses. A single-family residence at APN 309-071-025 (1.16 acres) is used as a rental and includes an attached garage. The physical address for this property is 271 Singley Hill Road, Loleta, CA. No change in current land-use is proposed.
