The project is limited to: 1) creating three new treated effluent ponds; 2) installing a culvert; and 3) improving the berm of an existing tailwater pond. The CA DFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0452-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Wildlife Code to the Napa Berryessa Resort Improvement District (Permittee) as represented by Richard Ross acting on behalf of Permittee.
