The project includes the land disturbing activities associated with the increase in storage capacity of the wastewater ponds through the construction two near effluent ponds, disturbing 3 acres of oak woodland and grassland. The project site is located in the Lake Berryessa - Steele Canyon Arm Drainage on the west side of Steele Canyon Road approximately 6.0 miles east its intersection with Highway 128.
