Description

A One year Time extension application for a previously approved Site Approval application to convert an existing construction business and warehouse to a neighborhood religious assembly in two phases over 10 years. Phase one is the conversion of an existing 13,242 sf construction warehouse and office to a sanctuary and office building and the construction of a 1,410 sf attached patio cover. Phase two is the conversion of an existing 6,000 sf storage building into a multi-purpose building and the construction of a 10,000 sf sanctuary building. At full build out there will be 249 members. The project is located on the west side of South El Dorado Street, 1,000 feet north of French Camp road, south of Stockton.
