A Site Approval application to convert an existing construction business and warehouse to a neighborhood religious assembly in three phases over 10 years. Phase one, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, is the conversion of an existing 13,242 sf construction warehouse and office to a sanctuary and office building and the construction of a 1,410 sf attached patio cover. Phase two with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the conversion of an existing 6,000 sf storage building into a multi-purpose building. Phase three, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the construction of 10,000 sf sanctuary building. At full build out there will be 249 members. This parcels is not under a Williamson Act contract.
