Phase two with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the conversion of an existing 6,000 sf storage building into a multi-purpose building. Phase three, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, is the construction of 10,000 sf sanctuary building. At full build out there will be 249 members. This parcels is not under a Williamson Act contract.
