Title
Menlo Country Club, Golf Course Renovation and Tennis Facilities
Description
The Project includes the replacement of existing golf course turf grass that occurs under the riparian canopy of Redwood Creek, the removal of three non-native trees and plating of 3 native trees within the riparian corridor, removal of a bathroom structure, the replacement of pipelines that are part of an existing pump station, and the installation of a 24-inch overflow bypass pipe and headwall at the location of an existing 10-inch pipe at the terminal end of a grassy swale. The overflow bypass will convey excess flows that overtop the swale during exceptionally large storm events. The Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, Number 1600-2011-0079-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Menlo Country Club as represented by Mr. Scott T. Lewis.
