Document Description
The Project includes the replacement of existing golf course turf grass that occurs under the riparian canopy of Redwood Creek, the removal of three non-native trees and plating of 3 native trees within the riparian corridor, removal of a bathroom structure, the replacement of pipelines that are part of an existing pump station, and the installation of a 24-inch overflow bypass pipe and headwall at the location of an existing 10-inch pipe at the terminal end of a grassy swale. The overflow bypass will convey excess flows that overtop the swale during exceptionally large storm events. The Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, Number 1600-2011-0079-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Menlo Country Club as represented by Mr. Scott T.
