The upsizing and replacement of an existing underground gravity sewer line that runs through public streets and private properties, under State Hwy. 78 to an upstream connection with an existing sewer line in Blingham Drive. the project includes the underground installation of approximately 2,980 feet of new, gravity-drive n 15-inch diameter PVC sewer pipe including surface access manholes for maintenance and clean-out.
