Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo in partnership with the County General Services, requests a Conditional Use Permit for the Octagon Barn Center. The project site would be used as an agricultural museum with meeting and event space and would include the construction of two auxiliary structures for the purpose of storage and restrooms, a remodel of the existing milk parlor, site grading, landscaping and decomposed granite walking path.
