Request by the Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County, in partnership with County General Services, for a CUP for the Octagon Barn Center. The project site would be used as an agricultural museum with meeting and event space and would include the construction of two auxiliary structures (for the purpose of storage and restrooms), a remodel of the existing milk parlor, site grading, and landscaping. The project is located off of South Higuera, adjacent to the City of San Luis Obispo, in the San Luis Obispo planning area.
