- Description
- SWRCB, as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Rowland Water District proposed project includes the construction and operation of an interconnection between CA Domestic Water Company (CDWC) and RWD, so RWD may buy water from the CDWC to improve their supply reliability. The project will include a booster pump, and transmission pipeline. The booster pump station will include a concrete pump house, 4 vertical turbine pumps, piping, valves, electrical and surge protection equipment, and a new suction line. The transmission line will consist of approx. 15,000 feet of 24-inch mortar lined and coated steel pipe and associated valves.
