Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of an interconnection for water transmission between the CA Domestic Water Company (CDWC) and Rowland Water District. This Project will allow RWD to purchase water from CDWC. CDWC will transmit water to RWD via a series of existing booster pump stations and transmission pipelines. In addition, this interconnection will represent a diversification of the water supply portfolio at RWD's disposal which will increase supply reliability and availability for RWD's customers.
