Description: The CA Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Kings River Conservancy. The applicant proposes to construct a gravel parking area, a paved driveway, two (2) vault restroom facilities, 2,400 linear feet of ADA accessible pathways, maintenance of 4,100 linear feet of existing pathways, and clearing of vegetation within the Project area.
