Allow a moderate intensity park (includes restoration and addition of one-mile foot-trail, one-half mile handicap accessible scenic trail, one-half acre parking lot, two restrooms, three five-foot wide handicap accessible paths, three visitors feedback stations, picnic tables, trash receptacles, two interceptive kiosks with display, and a base rock bridge) on a 38-acre portion of a 47.16 acre parcel in the RE Zone District. The project site is located adjacent to the north bank of the Kings River approximately 2,300 feet to the east of the intersection of Trimmer Springs and Pine Flat Roads and 12.8 miles northeast of the City of Sanger (SUP.
