Description: The project would demolish the existing 120,000-square-foot retail building and parking lot to construct a three-story apartment complex consisting of 320 dwelling units (including 48 affordable units), an aboveground parking structure with four levels of parking and a minimum of 525 parking stalls, a fenced open turf area, vegetable garden, and play area. Overall the project would provide a minimum of 671 parking space for residents and visitors. Construction would occur in one phase commencing in 2011 and take approximately 29 to 33 months.
