Document Description
The proposed project would demolish and remove the existing 120,000 sq. ft. retail building and parking lot to construct a three-story apartment complex consisting of 320 dwelling units, of which 48 would be reserved as affordable housing units. The complex would offer one to three bedroom units ranging from 605 to 1,330 sq. ft. additionally; the project would construct an aboveground parking structure that would provide four levels of parking and minimum of 525 parking stalls. Overall the project would provide a minimum of 671 parking spaces for residents and visitors. The project would also construct a fenced open turf area, vegetable garden, and play area. Construction of the project would occur in one phase commencing in 2011 and take approximately 29 to 33 months.
