Title: WETA Central Bay Operations and Maintenance Facility
Description: WETA proposes to construct a Central Bay Operations and Maintenance Facility that would serve as an operations base, maintenance facility, and emergency operations center for WETA's central San Francisco Bay ferry fleet. Landside facilities would include a four-story, approximately 25,000 s.f. landside building, which would provide for operations and maintenance functions, as well as an on-site fuel storage facility. Proposed marine facilities would include a fixed pier and floating docks to provide berthing slips for up to 11 vessels.
