Description

The project is a 4.7 acre foot agricultural water storage reservoir that would be filled by pumping from the applicant's existing wells located in the Santa Ynez River, via existing riparian water rights; existing water pipelines from the wells to the Alisal Bridge; new water pipeline from the bridge to the reservoir; and a new power line from Alisal Road to the proposed reservoir site. The reservoir would be lined; have an approximately 8 ft high earthen berm; and an equipment pump storage shed set into the berm. No lighting is proposed.
