Title: Water Sale Between the City of West Sacramento and Dunnigan Water District
Description: The City of West Sacramento and the Dunnigan Water District have entered into an agreement for an annual water sale from the City of West Sacramento (City) to Dunnigan Water District (Dunnigan) beginning in 2011 and continuing though 2014, as allowed under the Bureau of Reclamation's accelerated transfer program for the Sacramento Valley. The City will sell and Dunnigan will purchase a minimum of 1,000 acre-feet of unused CVP Project Supply allocation as allowed under the CVPIA each year for four consecutive years.
