The proposed project include construction of a reinforced, tiedback, shotcrete compression plate wall adjacent to the existing downslope perimeter foundation of a single family dwelling. The wall would be ~110 ft long and will vary in height and would displace ~1,280 sf of riparian habitat. Approximately 26 cy of soil would be displaced.
