Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a shotcrete retaining wall for a private single family dwelling. A reinforced, tiedback, shotcrete compression plate wall would be constructed adjacent to the existing downslope perimeter foundation of the home. The wall would extend both upstream and downstream beyond the home an adequate distance to protect the foundations of the home and other structures such as the septic tank, septic pump station and the delivery line. The wall would be ~110 ft long and they will vary in height and would displace ~1,280 sf of riparian habitat. Approximately 26 cy of soil would be displaced.
