The California Department of Public Health (Department) as a Responsible Agency will be providing funds for this project from the State Revolving Fund. Rainbow Municipal Water District proposes demolition of an abandoned open earthed reservoir and construction of a 6-million gallon storage tank, inlet/outlet piping, security fencing, and appurtenant structures.
