Document Description
The Rainbow Water District is proposing to construct, operate and maintain two six-million gallon capacity reservoirs. The reservoirs will be located on an approximately 13-acre District owned property near the intersection of Wilt Road and Citrus Drive in unincorporated northern San Diego County. The District property currently contains an unused eight-million gallon uncovered water reservoir and related water conveyance pipelines and associated control instruments. The control instruments are located within an existing concrete building located near the uncovered reservoir.
