Description

A minor subdivision of ~63.57 acre parcel into 2 parcels. The parcel is currently bisected by State Highway 96. The proposed subdivision will create a parcel north of Highway 96 and a parcel to the south. Parcel one will be approximately 29.7 acres and Parcel two will be approximately 33.87 acres. Water will be provided by the Orleans Mutual Water Company and on-site septic will be developed for each parcel. No major grading is proposed at this time and no trees will be removed.
