Document Description
A minor subdivision of ~63.57 acre parcel into 2 parcels. Highway 96 will be the dividing line. The parcels will have community water and on-site sewage disposal systems. No development is proposed near sensitive habitats of the klamath River or Camp Creek. The Subdivision will allow the southern parcel to be transferred to the Karuk Tribe in order to allow the Tribe to own and steward cultural resources on that portion of the parcel.
