The General Plan Amendment would modify the Miller Mountain Deer Wintering Range, reducing density restrictions for 360 acres of the surrounding area that include the project site, from 10-acres minimum parcel sizes to zero acre minimum parcel sizes, and 12 acres of the surrounding area, from 40-acre minimum parcel sized to zero acre minimum parcel sizes.
