- The CDPH, as the Responsible Agency, will be issuing an amended water supply permit to Indio Water Authority for the addition of a second chlorine pump, conveyance pipeline, and injection point to the existing disinfection system at Plant 3 newly constructed reservoir. An addendum was prepared for minor technical changes to the previously approved MND and newly constructed project.
