Description: The Project proposes to rezone the approximately 19,304sf portion of the site from the existign R-1-B-2 (Single-Family Residential) zoning designation to a Commericla Downtown (C-D) zoning designation, and to amend the General Plan and Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan designation for the Project site from Low Density Residential to Commercial General. The intent of this rezoning application is to establish a uniform zoning and LCP?General Plan designation for the entire project site.
