The Project proposes to rezone the approximately 19,304sf portion of the site from the existign R-1-B-2 (Single-Family Residential) zoning designation to a Commericla Downtown (C-D) zoning designation, and to amend the General Plan and Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan designation for the Project site from Low Density Residential to Commercial General.
