Title: City of Fullerton 2006-2014 Housing Element
Description: An update to the Housing Element of the Fullerton Plan for the 2013-2021 planning period. The Housing Element is one of the seven required elements of the general plan (The Fullerton Plan), and is prepared in conformance with California Government Code Sections 65580-65589.8. It carries out the state law mandate that local governments adequately plan to meet the existing and projected housing needs of all economic segments and special needs groups within the community. The Housing Element policies are found in Part 2 Chapter 2 of the Fullerton Plan, and baseline date and analysis are found in Appendix H. It is the fifth cycle of Housing Element updates for the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) Region.
