Document Description
The City of Fullerton Housing Element comprises one of the seven General Plan Elements mandated by the State of California per Sections 65580 ti 65589.8 of the California Government Code. The Housing Element articulates the City's General Plan relative to the maintenance and development of housing to meet the needs of existing and future residents. It includes a statement of goals, policies, quantified objectives and scheduled programs for the preservation, improvement and development of housing.
