Description: CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2009-0116-R6 [Revision 3]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Murrieta, represented by Jeff Hitch, 1 Town Square, 24601 Jeffersion Avenue, Murrieta, California 92562. The Project is limited to road improvement along Jackson Avenue from 680 feet south of the intersection with Megellan Street in the City of Murrieta, south to the current terminus of Ynez Road in the City of Temecula. The project includes the construction of a 195-foot long cast-in-place arch culvert bridge structure over Warm Springs Creek.
