- In April 2012, CDFW executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the Project applicant for the Project involving the demolition and replacement of the existing with a new wider bridge structure necessitating tree removal and a temporary water diversion. This Major Amendment No. 1 to the Streambed Alteration Agreement is being issued to reflect slight increases to the impacts to riparian at the Project Area. The increase in the extent of temporary impacts is a result of finalizing plans for the temporary stream diversion. The increase in the extend of permanent impacts is a result of corrected mapping of the planned replacement bridge structure.
