Description: The Tunnel Lease Oil Drilling and Production Plan project is a request of Mr. John Stahl, agent for Rock Energy, LLC, landowner, to consider Case No. 08PPP-00000-00001 (application filed in June 5, 2008) for approval under the Land Use and Development Code to reinitiate oil exploration and production operations on the previously established Tunnel Oil Lease. The project includes 5 major components: 1. 19 new oil wells and one water injection well. 2. One 25 MMBTU/hr steam generator. 3. Construction of a new tank battery. 4. Steam, water, natural gas and oil pipelines (including truck loading racks). 5. Electric power poles and conduit.
