- Note: Reference SCH# 2019099072 In order to reduce congestion, the proposed action is to construct a connector from southbound (SB) SR 221 to SB SR 29 and modify the existing Soscol Ferry Road intersection. The limits of the proposed project on SR 29 are from North Kelley Road (PM 5.0) to 0.2 miles west of the SR 29/221 / Soscol Ferry Road intersection (PM 6.4), and on SR 221 from the existing SR 29 / Soscol Ferry Road intersection (PM 0.0) to Anderson Road (PM 0.6).
