Document Description
Caltrans and FHWA propose to construct a two-lane connector, referred to as a flyover, from southbound SR 221 to the southbound 29 and to construct an exit ramp from southbound 221 to Soscol Ferry Road intersection in Napa County. The limits of the proposed project are from North Kelley Road KP 8.0 (PM 5.0) to the existing Soscol Ferry Road and SR 221 intersection at SR 29 KP 11.4(PM7.1); and from the existing Soscol Ferry Road and SR 29 intersection KP 0.0 (PM 0.0) to existing Anderson Road intersection at SR 221 KP 1.2 (PM 0.7). Approximately 0.5 km (0.31 mi) of the proposed connector will be on structure. The remainder of the project will be on embankment fill. The proposed project will be constructed in two stages and will take approximately two years to complete.
